A dedicated sidebar widget linked on any page for customer to get help
I love a feature on 2 webapps I have used recently which are Firebase and Cloudflare. The "Ask AI, or Quick Guide" feature. It works brilliantly. It got me thinking — this could be a game-changer if integrated directly into Ferndesk as another alternative for customers to get help faster.The AI could answer customer questions right where they are on any page, in real time. That means faster resolutions, happier customers, and less load on your support team.I'm not a paying Ferndesk customer yet, but appreciate what your product is solving.I recorded below a short video to better explain what I mean and show how it works in practice.
