API endpoint to generate AI answers

An API endpoint that returns an AI answer would let us plug Ferndesk into our ticketing system, for example, a "Generate answer with AI" button for the support team. We push customers toward using the AI directly, but some will always email us anyway, and this would help us handle those faster.
