Change of Placeholder Text for Negative Feedback

We've been using FernDesk for a while now and are really loving it! I am reaching out in the hopes that we can edit the placeholder text on the negative feedback form. Right now, lots of our users are treating this as a place to submit actual support requests such as "How can I create a QR code?" etc etc -- I would like to change the text to be "How can we improve? This form is used to collect feedback on our Help Center and is not monitored by our support team. If you need help or have a question, please contact us through the chat in the bottom-right corner." This would be a huge help!
