Contact form emails can be rejected by Crisp inboxes

Contact form submissions sent directly to a Crisp-managed inbox can fail to arrive because the receiving service rejects the sending domain. A separate working mailbox is currently needed as a workaround. Ensure messages from both help-center and widget contact forms can reach supported Crisp inboxes reliably, and verify actual delivery rather than only successful submission. A live resolution has not yet been verified.
