Fern can display a different article than the one selected

When reviewing several article drafts in Fern, opening a task or choosing an article can show a different article than expected. Refreshing may restore the intended view, but repeated refreshes disrupt review while other drafts are being generated. Keep the selected task and article consistent across loading and navigation, including tasks containing several proposed changes, and make the currently displayed article clear. The reported browser sequence is still being investigated; no live fix is claimed.
