Fern keeps submitted prompts in the input box

After submitting a prompt in Fern's article-creation box, the submitted text can remain or reappear even after the article finishes. Refreshing the browser clears it, but should not be necessary to start a new request. Clear the submitted prompt once task creation succeeds, including when Fern navigates to the new task, while preserving an unsent draft if task creation fails. The reported browser sequence and a live fix have not yet been verified.
