Give the sidebar and floating article views the help center header with Ask AI

Requested by Taylor Diem (TrackFlo), who links every app page to a help article via a '?' icon that calls Ferndesk('openArticle', { presentation: 'sidebar' }).\n\nToday the sidebar, modal and inline article views show only a bare control bar (back, expand, close) and put search plus Ask AI in a strip at the bottom of the panel. The hosted help center shows a branded header with a prominent Ask AI entry point at the top.\n\nAsk: bring the floating presentations closer to the help center header, so the branding and the Ask AI button sit at the top of the panel. Contextual in-app help is the main use case.\n\nNot the same as the older 'dedicated sidebar widget linked on any page' request, which asked for the sidebar presentation itself. That shipped; this is about its header.
