Issue with “Contact us” flow in Help Center
I’m facing an issue with the “Contact us” flow in the Help Center.In the widget, everything works correctly: when users click “Contact us”, it opens our support contact form as expected.However, in the Help Center, the behavior is different. When clicking “Contact us”, users are redirected to a login screen asking for this email:[email protected] email is not part of our support setup and looks like a Microsoft tenant login.We have already configured our support email ([email protected]) and the contact form works correctly in the widget, so this seems specific to the Help Center flow.Could you please check why the Help Center is redirecting to this Microsoft authentication instead of opening the support form like the widget does?Thanks in advance for your help.
