Let users change their account email safely

Add a self-service account email-change flow with verification of the new address and safe handling of linked Google authentication. Current Settings > Profile only allows name and image changes. Requested in Plain thread th_01KZYFYXC7SA5NQHGW40YMW2C3 by an existing customer.
