Password-protected Docusaurus imports show an unsupported-site error

When onboarding from a password-protected Docusaurus site, the attempt can end with an unsupported-help-center error before any articles are imported. This makes it unclear whether the import is still running, partially complete, or blocked by source access. Distinguish an inaccessible source from an unsupported platform and show a clear failed state with an appropriate recovery step. Keep access protections intact; do not treat switching to a different public site as equivalent when it contains fewer articles.
