Seamless escalation between Fern and customer support
Just a feature request: If the AI doesn't know the answer to something, it would be great to have a way transfer over to Crisp without telling the customer it doesnt know .Is there any workarounds for switching between fern and crisp chat seamlessly ?

yeah, love that ferndesk recognizes when something isn't solved, but we would love it to then transfer the context automatically to crisp so our human support can help fix it for them.
