Use a manually signed-in browser for documentation screenshots
When a product login requires a human verification step, teams need a supported way to sign in themselves and then capture screenshots for their help articles. Allow an explicitly authorized browser workflow, including local AI clients such as Codex, to capture documentation-safe product images and add them to Ferndesk article drafts through MCP without uploading every file by hand. Keep credentials and session cookies out of article content, preserve existing drafts, and require review before publishing. The goal is to add and refresh visuals across an entire help center without weakening the product's login protections.
