Verify search and AI visibility after collection access changes

After restricting a collection, related documentation has been reported in search or AI answers. Check that reader-facing results consistently honor the current audience, including the scope of nested collections and article overrides. Make it clear when a parent restriction does not cover child collections. The exact returned article, search surface and reader identity still need confirmation; a cache bug or unauthorized disclosure has not been established.
