Webhook/Subscription To Search Misses / AI Conversations

As part of rolling out and filling gaps in our logs, it would be nice to be able to pipe questions, AI convos, etc to a Slack channel for monitoring misses as well as picking up the thread with the customer in the moment to help them get unstuck.
